Building positive relationships and environments in our classrooms are key to student and staff well being. Restorative Justice and Social and Emotional Learning are a powerful duo when it comes to teaching social and emotional skills and putting them into practice on a daily basis. In this workshop, we will explore how using Restorative Justice and SEL can positively affect building climate, empathy, and social skills. In addition, we will look at ways Restorative Justice and SEL can reduce conflicts and help heal relationships when conflict does occur. Come learn with us!
